As a first time homebuyer Morgan was extremely helpful and informative. Her communication was quick and responded to my questions/concerns at anytime of the day. We had a lot of fun touring houses together. She has a very accommodating schedule and gave me a lot of insight on the home buying process.

I couldn't have asked for a better realtor to guide me through the process of purchasing a home! Morgan and I started viewing properties together back in January of 2024. Originally I thought I wanted a condo, so we toured countless properties together, sometimes even going back to them multiple times. Morgan went above and beyond explaining things I should be thinking about, addressing my concerns, and helping me see the vision for each property we toured. She was incredibly patient with me every step of the way, including when I decided to halt my search completely. She never once made me feel like I was wasting her time or bothering her; I always felt valued and supported in our relationship. Despite telling her I was no longer searching, I randomly sent her a listing two months in to said "break" I was taking. Without hesitation, Morgan got the tour scheduled and we were off to the races again; this time with townhouses in mind! She knew there was a chance I was still going to maintain my position on waiting another year to purchase, but she still gave me her time and attention as if I was purchasing tomorrow. I was so impressed with her knowledge, patience, and ability to engage with her clients that I knew we'd purchase through her, even if we waited years to pull the trigger. We did end up purchasing a townhouse, and she kept us on top of all the actions we needed to take to move through the process! On the day of closing, she even set up the cutest surprise in the townhouse for us: balloons that spelt "home", new name tags for our dogs with their new address, etc.!
