Morgan was an excellent choice for our family and we couldn’t have been more pleased! She was professional, worked quickly and went the extra mile to make sure our sale of our old property and purchase of our new home went smoothly! We highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell or purchase in Franklin County! She knows the area well and will do all she can to make sure her customers have a great experience.

Morgan was with us through every step of the process, even communicating with the tenant before moving out to assist with relocation and help facilitate the sale. Morgan knows the market very well in our area, so we followed her lead on pricing, and she listened to us as well. We kept her well-informed about the home improvements we made before the sale, and everything was incorporated while setting the price. She also suggested a detailed floor plan, which I would have never considered. The communication between my husband, myself, and Morgan was seamless, showing us offers within hours of going live with our sale. Ultimately there were multiple solid offers by the end of the week, and we closed within a few weeks over asking. We highly recommend Morgan Beck for your real estate agent!
