Morgan Bardzil

Morgan Bardzil is more than a Realtor - she is a support system and a friend. When my father-in-law passed away and my husband and I had to deal with selling his house, Morgan was completely involved with the process from listing to sale. In Morgan's initial walk-through of the property she suggested we sell the house as-is because so much of the original beauty of this house remained, and we could allow the new owners to put their own touches on it. She was there to lift carpets, update stair treads and basement flooring and installed handrails herself in order for the property to get its occupancy permit. Much more than any other agent I know. She immediately shared the listing with other realtors and held an open house. As a result we had multiple parties through the house within the first week of listing and had an offer (at our listing price) within a few days. She stayed in touch with us and managed all the paperwork throughout the sales process.
