Above and Beyond for a Remote Purchase

We remotely saw multiple places over zoom and had great description on everything we saw remotely. We even have remodeling advise through out the process. Mo went above and beyond on following up on all the concern we have after our offer was accepted. Repairs prior to closing was constantly check up on by Mo and was able to amend on closing price when repairs were not 100% done. Offer price is always a buyer responsibility, Mo was more than willing to present a lower than asking offer to the seller agent in a seller's market. She was also very responsive by text or email even after hours which is important for a competitive market. I would go back to Mo again if I were to buy another one in the area.
