Moraima Kelley is a professional realtor who exemplifies the kind of realtor you want to work with and advocate on your behalf. She is very mindful of every detail (and there are many!) and thoroughly researches what your needs are - whether buying or selling - to obtain the best financial gain for you. As a realtor she has to know the legalese on all these levels while working with many entities: banks, mortgage, title insurance, appraisal, and inspection companies - and those are only the ones I'm familiar with. She takes ongoing classes, attends conferences, and is up-to-date with all requirements and licensing in the changing landscape of this field. She does this so she can be as informed and intelligent about the newest rules and regulations for her clients. We've used Mo for our realtor needs for many years. She is always top-notch and makes me feel very comfortable with each part of the process. I would never consider any real estate transaction without her skillset.
