This is our first time selling a house and buying a house at the same time. The house we were selling was an affordable condo with Deed Restriction by the City so it was probably harder than the regular house with market price. It took double the time and effort for her to find out the details of what was required and what the restrictions were. However, MJ has patience and communication skills talking to the people in the city who are on telework and who are not so easy to get ahold of. We were lucky to have MJ. She was really patient, meticulous, and diligent in following up with any of our questions and concerns. Above all, she has a great personality and good negotiator. Thanks to her and her guidance, therefore, we had successfully gone through many stressful situations during the course of selling our house in one city and buying a new house in another city. She helped us through the process until the day before we moved in. MJ was introduced to us with high recommendation through a family friend of ours, who also received help from MJ during the purchase of their home. MJ deserves five stars and an extra one if possible. We will surely refer all our friends to her when we are asked.
