Monty did an outstanding job with the sale of our home. He was down to earth, gave candid advice and let you come to your own decisions. About two weeks after our house hit the market, I got concerned we weren't getting enough traffic and no offers had been made. When I called Monty to ask if we should lower the price, he offered to walk through some other similar homes on the market in our neighborhood. After seeing the other homes, I felt pretty confident to leave the price where it was and we had a full price offer after 17 days on the market.
