Before listing, they provided a list of names to call that I used to help clean and tidy up the house that made it really stand out in photos. Additionally, getting the sellers inspection proved extremely beneficial once the offer was made. During the listing process they were extremely open minded and proactive about listing it initially at a fair price, and adjusting as needed throughout the process. We only dropped the list price by $10K, while many other listings were dropping list prices by $20K+.
