Throughout the selling process of our home, we appreciated the care and consideration the Gerard team had for us. We were pleased that the Gerard team believed our home was special as we did and we're able to get a price for us that was fair and appropriate.

Representative presented us with several options to choose from and contacted seller right away once our desires were known. Representative also scheduled walk through and coordinated house inspection. Everything worked very smoothly.
