We can't say enough positive things about Monroe , who feels like part of our family now. We have worked with him in the past to purchase 3 different properties in which he was amazing. This time he was our listing agent and we were truly impressed! From his incredible video to the beautiful brochure of the property he took pride in detail and elegance. However the most impressive thing is that he sold our home within 7 days for 155,000 over asking!! We look forward to more transactions with him in the future. Mike and Kathie
