Monita Collins

Monita showed us four properties that we specifically asked to see. We were a little disappointed at what we saw, but she took us around the village to show us the amenities. Once we got to the East Gate area, I asked her "Is there anything for us in this area?" She smiled and took us to one more house, the perfect house we didn't know we even existed, and put a bid in on it that day! I'm convinced she was taking us there all along, because she listened to what we said we were looking for. A great real estate agent, and now a great friend~
