Although there are many words to describe our real estate agent Monique Williams, I will start with one - Wow!!!! Monique shocked and awed my husband and I with her attentiveness to my needs and details, as well as her drive and dedication to finding me and my family the home of our dreams. We were moving from another state, but that didn’t phase Monique one bit. She found us a rental property to meet our needs and then began the task of ascertaining our wants for our own home. If you call Monique, she will answer. If you text Monique she will respond. The best part is, you feel like you are speaking with your knowledgeable best friend, not having an uncomfortable business transaction with a hired agent. She gave recommendations based on our needs and wants, and offered appreciated guidance along the way. She was excellent with keeping the conversation on track and to the point, while being personable and making the house hunting process fun but efficient.
