Her experience in the field helped me to understand the process and everything that would be required of me. She gave me suggestions for people to help me with packing up the things I needed removed from the house, and advised me of things that I would need to do during the process. I cannot tell you how much her help got me through a very difficult process. She put in many hours at the property helping me to stage for the first viewing. I really felt she went above and beyond. Monique worked diligently to find prospective buyers. When I got an offer on the property, Monique help me through the P&S process. Even when she was dealing with an unexpected serious medical issue leading up to the closing, she kept constantly in touch with me. She was always accessible for any questions that I had.
