I do not know where to start or if there is enough room to type this all. Monique was the Real Estate Angel I didn’t know I needed. I was referred to her from my brother and sister in law from just casually speaking to her to negotiating her bum off for me! As a first time buyer I was nervous, hesitant, and a wreck. Monique assured me, kept me in the loop with EVERY SINGLE STEP of the process, gave insight and was absolutely the most thoughtful and positive person to work with. I feel as though I not only have a forever agent but a friend! I’m so thankful for Monique’s go getter attitude, knowledge, home buying expertise and strong faith. I recommend a 100x’s over and over. My home buying process was not seamless and I was confident enough to be patient and put all of my trust in Monique and it absolutely paid off!
