She monitored the property for us and discovered a broken pipe that lead to a flood. She quickly walked through and gave us her thoughts on what improvements we could make before selling. She was always communicating through the entire process which I value the most. Mo is a pleasure to work with. She helped us find a rental a couple years ago; fast forward 2 years and Mo helped us through the heavy lift of purchasing a house in this chaotic 2021 market. Mo worked hard to find us a place that we could make our home. She’s knowledgeable about the structures of the homes (I.e. floor plans of certain neighborhoods, type of flooring, etc.) and straight forward about pointing out the imperfections you may not notice (I.e. cracks in walls, wood rot on door frames, etc.). She’s punctual; always on time for showing appointments and had the paperwork to sign on an offer within a couple of hours after requesting it.
