Monique Pelham had great customer service an was always available an willing to go the extra mile when I was in need of anything. She even gave resources in the area i.e. schools, shopping, and what's in the area for me an my family. She also really impressed me with her negotiation skills. Monique is one of the best. I will use her again whenever it is time to sell or rent out my home.
