Monique is amazing she was very prompt I felt like if she could answer a question before I had the chance to ask she would. Every time I sent an email to her I would have a response within minutes. She stayed on top of everything and made our closing process as easy as she possibly could. She is very down to earth tells you how it is and wont beat around the bush. Monique was extemely helpful taking us through the process of buying our first home. She kept in constant communication with me and even rearranged her schedule to accommodate us. She contacted my lender for me to verify that the listing agent was taking care of things on their end and made sure to keep me appraised of any changes or of anything we needed to take care of. Monique has been of great help to me and my boyfriend when we were looking for our first house. She's sent us a great list of houses specifically tailored to our needs which we would browse online at our own convenience and which was updated every day. She's also SUPER fast at responding to emails, which I found absolutely fantastic (as I am super impatient), as we would often find houses that we wanted to look at at the last second and she was always available and set us up with appointments. She's quite a character too :) Super fun lady. Made the whole house searching a blast. I would definitely recommend her if you're looking to sell or buy property.

Monique is the most professional and knowledgable agent that we have ever worked with. Her understanding of just what our family was looking for was amazing and she matched us up with the right properties as we are not a family that likes to drive all over town to look at 100 places. She was on top all of the documents and things needed to complete the deal in a very fast manner.
