This was my first time buying a home and I had a general idea of where I wanted to go and knew what my budget was that I could afford. Monique helped me find and view a couple different options until we found the property I got. Monique kept me up to date on the different documents and processes involved in purchasing the house as they came in. Monique gave her personal estimation on a few properties and the values of what the homes sold for lined up fairly close to them. Things were handled professionally while we could still have casual conversations while touring the houses.

Monique stuck with us through one and a half years. We started out hopeful that we'd find and purchase a home within 6 months. Monique looked and shared homes that fit our needs and ideas of our perfect home. She diligently was there for us. We encountered some life problems and she kept in touch with us as we navigated through them. She was just simply amazing with our journey. We feel blessed to have her and definitely know that she gives the same attention to others.

We had a couple properties fall through before landing on this one, and Monique was very attentive and with us every step of the way.

Mo was such an amazing realtor and crisis consultant! She helped us get through the entire process even with how stressed I was, she calmed me down and help talk me through it. Super knowledgeable and supportive! From the second we toured the house we knew it was ours! She saw that and fought with and for us to get our dream house. Would highly recommend her to everyone I know!

Great realtor. She was quick and responsive and got me the best house on the market quickly. Definetly recomend her.
