Monique is very accommodating, professional, responds immediately to request. It was a pleasure to work with her. She was always pleasant and patient during my house hunt. When I finally found it Monique was on top of all the aspects of getting the process completed with immediate action. I can’t be more happy to have had her as my Agent.
Monique Jacobs was such a pleasure to work with. She was always very professional, always available, and very quick to respond, which I really appreciated. She was on top of everything and sold my investment property very quickly. I will definitely use Monique in any of my future real estate plans.
Monique is an extremely helpful, hard-working agent. This was a difficult property to sell and she didn't shy away from the effort, and she was always ready to lend a hand when I was unable to make the four-hour drive to manage the odd issue or two at the property on short notice. A rapidly changing interest rate environment didn't help matters, yet she kept pushing until we got it sold. I highly recommend working with her!
