My husband and I were looking to relocate to FL and on a whim decided to fly down to start looking for our new home. My husband had researched some real estate agents and had some numbers on standby. He called Monique and spoke about what we were looking for and our time line. She immediately started researching and found us properties to look at that very same day. Monqiue was patient and attentive to our likes and dislikes as we moved throughout the day going from house to house. She spent two days with us and even squeezed in homes that we found ourselves and wanted to see. We found the site to build our new home on the second day. Living out of state and having a home built is no easy task. Monique promised at our initial meeting that she would be with us throughout our entire process. Monique was so attentive and helpful at all hours of the day, night and on weekends. She made sure that our interests were her own. If we had any questions and/or concerns she was always willing to assist and get us answers. She gave us excellent guidance in negotiations between the builder, attended our design session, helped and gave suggestions where needed through our lending process, visited our site to make sure things were okay, attended our walk-through's and our closing. She kept that promised. We never felt alone or in the dark. I hope we're in our new home forever, but if we were to move, we would not hesitate to work with Monique again on the sale of our current house and the purchase of a new one. Through this process we made a new friend. We can't thank her enough.
