She was the Sellers agent first so I was concerned she would put his priorities ahead of mine. She followed the law and best practices by protecting my interests as Well! I could not recommend her more highly. I now consider her a friend as well as a good Business Woman.

We had lots of things working against us as buyers. The bay area market can be really hot and our desired location was a very small area. My husband is also a VET, so we were using a VA loan which required extra steps. Monique was always encouraging and worked tirelessly to help us not just get a good house in our desired area but a great home. She had lots of tips and tricks to make our offer competitive. There was never a time she wasn't available, often answering texts late at night and then again in the morning, even when on vacation. In fact we submitted the winning offer on our house at 6pm on a Sunday night just two hours after the open house. A time most agents wouldn't even consider writing an offer. Her calm personality helped us stay cool and collected though really difficult situations, and make educated choices about both offers and homes we were considering. She walked us away from the ledge of craziness many times. We would absolutely recommend Monique to family, friends and anyone looking to buy a home.
