Monique was the perfect realtor you could ask for. Not only was she always in communication with us every step of the way in purchasing our first home, she was also very knowledgeable about all the moving pieces and who to contact. We absolutely love Monique! I needed to find a house for my medically fragile mom, and Monique went above and beyond to make sure that 1) mom was able to come along on all of the searches and 2) that mom’s medical issues were figured in to every part of the process. She knows every back road and short cut- which was handy for us because neither of us had ever been to Gainesville- so she even made the searching part easy for us.
