Monique not only over delivered on my expectations and house size and quality, but she did it while still maintaining me with in my original purchase budget and monthly morgage payments. Now, after I closednon the house, Monique continues to assist me with the process of getting my house ready for me to move in and explaining how verious services work. Monique gave me an excellent first time house buying experience!!! In other words, she is awesome.
