Monique Allen was a GOD send for me during the selling of this property. This was an extremely emotional time for me because this was my deceased father's home and probated property. Monique was so patient and caring by showing sympathy to me and my family as well as giving us the confidence that she would do what was best for all of us. She expressed that she was a probate certified agent which helped to relieve some concerns because to me I felt that she had the training needed to answer all questions and give credible advice. In my opinion, she went far beyond what a realtor should do. She assisted in locating and organizing contractors for various repairs. She assisted in some areas of cleaning. She also staged the house with her furnishings to help promote the sale. I probably would ask her advice on decorating my house because she made it look GOOD!! As stated, Monique did everything possible to make this sell seamless. She even gave comforting words during times when I became emotional. Dealing with all that come with being a probate sell, Monique made me feel that I was in good hands. I almost felt like I had my mother, who is in heaven, guiding me. Thanks again Monique!!
