From our first conversation Monique made me feel confident. My husband is a veteran so she said she wanted to make sure to find the right lender to fit our situation. She took down his information and said she would get back with me in a few days. And did she ever!!! When she told me we were approved and the amount I was in shock. Monique held my husband's and I hand the whole way through. Whenever we had a question no matter what time day or night she always made time to answer and not just by text. She would call to make sure we were ok and not getting to overwhelmed. Monique made the whole home buying process easier than buying a car. Monique Allen was a great agent. She was informative about the market as far as the rates were concerned. She took me by the hand and guided me step by step through the entire process. As this was my first home I was purchasing. Once I was approved which I was very excited about, she continue to keep me updated and informed about any changes any new homes on the market she made herself available to go view along with me. She knew my life's dislikes and what I wanted in the house and we searched and searched until we found one. She also told me a programs that would help with down payments and closing costs which was a blessing. I was very surprised at how things went as far as once I accepted a place the closing wasn't too bad but as I said it was all new and foreign to me but she made it comfortable and pleasing. Monique Allen was an amazing realtor. She was very professional and prompt during the selling and purchasing of two different properties. She went above and beyond to get us the best price for a home we sold. She assisted us with staging our home and made good recommendations for getting the top price for the area we lived in. She did her research, provided suggestions and used her expertise in the market to sell our house in record breaking time- 5 days. She also assisted when needed with builder issues on a new property. She sent photos as the house was being built. She checked in with the builder and provided us with regular updates. Always felt like she was working with us. Compared different homes in the area to make sure we were putting the right offer amount. We were out of town and she took care of our business we couldn’t be present to take care of. Every morning she sent a new list of homes to view. She NEVER pressured us into any purchases.
