This was the 2nd property of mine that Monika sold. She is excellent with her knowledge of the market, is very customer service oriented and made wonderful suggestions for many issues that I was dealing with. I was always able to reach her and when she wasn't available, she got back to me in no time at all. She worked with me to get my house staged and ready for sale. As a matter of fact, the first person who came to look at the house made me an offer for my asking price...boom, done deal. She continued to stay in touch with me even though the closing had occured. She is a true real estate professional and I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate.
