Monika was always considerate, professional, and available. She takes your concerns seriously and offers great advice with the experience she has in the crazy housing market of El Paso & Horizon City. She worked with us for almost half a year to find us the perfect home and got us the best deal possible at every turn. We never felt pressured at any point and she communicated well throughout the entire process. She was even the first person to give us a house warming gift after closing, which was very touching. I couldn't of imaged working with anyone else after the amazing experience she provided when guiding us thru our first home buying journey.
