When we were thinking about selling our home and becoming renters, we considered selling to an i-buyer - one of those companies that purchase your house on the spot with cash and no showings. Then we met Monika. She explained her process and all of the services she offers that are not provided by i- buyers. Once we decided to use Monika, she was off and running! She readily accepted our somewhat challenging conditions. * We told her that we needed to find a rental that would meet our needs before our house was listed for sale. Monika went above and beyond by taking us to MANY rentals until we found the perfect one. * We told Monika that we wanted to avoid individual potential buyers coming to view our home over multiple days. She set it up as a single day showing and heavily advertised it. She arranged for a mortgage lender to be with her at the showing in order to qualify buyers on the spot - and it's a good thing she did! Monika was so swamped with potential buyers that the mortgage lender was able to help her manage the crowd. We received 9 offers that day - most of which were higher than our original asking price. We ended up selling to an all cash buyer for MUCH more than we expected (and much more than i-buyers would pay) - all thanks to Monika and her hard work. Monika met and exceeded all of our needs.
