Great experience!

My husband and I decided to hunt for a second home in the Cape Coral area and we we’re so fortunate to work with Monika! She helped us through multiple home visits, offers and contract negotiations. We originally went under contract for a home we visited with her, but the contract fell through. Because of Monika’s expertise and our trust in her, she was able to find us a home and allow us to see it while we were remote in another state. She’s incredibly intuitive and pays attention in great detail what her clients likes and dislikes are. We loved working with Monika and would highly recommend her for anyone that is looking for a home or second home in the SWFL area.
