My husband and I decided to hunt for a second home in the Cape Coral area and we we’re so fortunate to work with Monika! She helped us through multiple home visits, offers and contract negotiations. Because of Monika’s expertise and our trust in her, she was able to find us a home and allow us to see it while we were remote in another state. She went above and beyond during the process, even helping us unload a Uhaul after we drove from Pennsylvania to Florida when closing got delayed at the last minute.
