From the get-go Monica hit the ground running and always impressed us with her initiative and “get it done” attitude. Even when I was being ridiculous and wanted to look at half dilapidated homes as potential fixers she didn’t delay, and went out with us each time just so I could get the “what if” out of my system. She’s been way more than just a realtor; she really has been our advocate, counselor, and cheerleader through the whole process and picked us up each time we were ready to give up. We plan to stay put for a long while but if we are ever in the market again I will 100% ask Monica to be our realtor again!

She always provides information if a new listing that may fit our need. She put up a lot of effort to help us to get the best deal. She always shows up ahead of us at a short notice that we wants to see a house.

Monica was great. We did some research on our own and she was able to show us around to different homes we had chosen. She came very prepared and was not pushy at all. She helped us get in the most perfect house for us.

Monica was excellent in all phases. She is completely trustworthy, knowledgeable, polite, and punctual but a complete Pit Bull when we needed her to be aggressive . Monica knew when to put her foot down and fight for us. Very familiar with the area and never got tired of showing us potential homes. I highly recommend her.
