This may be a very long review for Monica . She was the best part of my move to Greensboro . Found a house for us even before I arrived and helped me in so many ways for the two years I lived there waiting for my dranddaughter to get her masters degree. When my car was stolen ,she suggested a car lot to look for another. She even gave me the name of her dentist in Greensboro. This was way above and beyond her duties and she has endeared herself to me for the rest of my life. I wish her only the best of luck with her career. Certainly , I would recommend anyone moving to that area to request Monica Zseltvay as their agent . Also I wanted to add a comment about her being my agent when I needed to sell the town house in Greensboro and move back to Pa. I moved out on July 2nd and by the end of August all the paperwork was completed and ready for the new owners to take possession. I know sometimes it takes months to find a buyer and complete all the paper work but she was amazing as was Angelia Moran and I owe them both a big thank you for a job well done.

I cannot possibly say enough positive things about Monica. Any question I ask no matter how small or big she has the answer or recommendation to. She helped us find our dream home!! We are so thankful to have met Monica.

After helping us purchase a home in a sellers market we decided to ask Monica to help us sell our first house. Monica gave us great advice on how to prepare our house for sale, how to coordinate new carpet color with wall color for a stunning look that sold our house in one day!!! Monica staged our home well and took excellent photographs that showed the best features of our home. She saved us money negotiating with Duke Energy (not an easy task) to replace an old electrical panel. House selling requires keeping many balls in the air while managing people's emotions and expectations. Monica was excellent at both and we highly recommend her.
