We posted a review about Monica previously in 2021, as our buying agent. Recently, we requested Monica's help again as we were selling a different property. I would imagine that most people do not have this unique perspective. However, we continue to be so impressed with Monica's knowledge and skill. Her caring responsiveness to our needs as buyers in 2021 and this year as sellers, was awesome! We would recommend Monica for all things real estate!

Navigating the real estate market is hard, even more so when you’re a first time home buyer in a sellers market. However, if you have Monica Zseltvay on your team, you will sleep so much better in the process. Monica is not just a realtor, shes super knowledgeable, she’s an educator on the market, she anticipates your questions, is extremely responsive, and is super honest without being overbearing with her advice. I mean, the woman even went into the crawl space of most of the homes we looked at just to see if there were any signs of damage or repair needs! Monica also has a wonderful team and has clearly built relationships in the community that were all a valuable resource in my purchase process. She always says it’s about relationships more than it’s about real estate, and she means it! It’s now been a month since my purchase and she still checks on me to see if I need anything. Trust me, this is who you want in your life and on your team!
