I don't give 5stars lightly. Monica and her team were more than I could have ever expected when my wife and I decided to sell our rent house. The house needed a bit of work and Monica hooked us up with honest qualified contractors to do some of the work we could not. She guided us thru all of the steps of selling the property with no surprises. It was a true blessing from start to finish. Quite the knowledgeable professional from start to finish. Highly recommended.
