Monica found numerous home and condominium options that would work for my daughter, and recommended several creative funding approaches. But she also encouraged us to continue to pursue rental options that would allow us to keep more of our financial resources for our daughter's recovery treatments. She even told us that ADA opportunities at CU Boulder would likely open up, even though there were none at the time. She was right, and when we decided to back out of a condominium purchase offer due to a late ADA opening at CU Boulder, she was not only gracious and effective at withdrawing the offer, but was genuinely happy that things were working out better for us. I'd recommend Monica to anyone! She understands the market, understands financing options, but most importantly, she genuinely cares about her clients.
