My husband and I decided to downsize from a 2 acre property and purchase something a little less maintenance. After 17 years living in the home we were selling, I forgot what a stressful experience it can be. Monica was friendly and professional in every aspect of the selling of our home and purchasing the other. She kept us updated every step of the way and on those days when things were very stressful, she reassured us and kept us on track. The team she works with from the Title company and the lender is just as professional and on top of things as she is.
