My husband and I decided to downsize from a 2 acre property and purchase something a little less maintenance. After 17 years living in the home we were selling, I forgot what a stressful experience it can be. Monica was friendly and professional in every aspect of the selling of our home and purchasing the other. She kept us updated every step of the way and on those days when things were very stressful, she reassured us and kept us on track. The team she works with from the Title company and the lender is just as professional and on top of things as she is. If we needed a referral for something, she had a list of choices and we were very happy with the outcomes. Once we finally closed on the home we were selling, we were sitting on pins and needles waiting to close on our new home. Monica and her team got the job done and we closed on our home by the end of the day. When we walked into our new home, Monica had left us the most beautiful basket of welcome home gifts. That was a wonderful ending to a most stressful and nail biting day. Not that we will be needing a Realtor anytime soon, but if we did, Monica would definitely be our choice. Oh, and did I mention she is helping our daughter and future son-in-law purchase their very first home?!?
