I was living outside of Pennsylvania when Monica helped me sell my house in Philadelphia. She managed a number of problems for me and oversaw repairs to the home before the actual listing. She had great input for the changes needed to get top dollar. She is a perfectionist and had the property photographed twice by two different companies to get the right show pictures. She marketed the property and was spot on with her pricing. She was always available by phone and kept us encouraged through the selling process. I would never hesitate to use her in the future for any of my real estate needs.
