Monica made the whole process very smooth. She was willing to answer my million questions since it was my first time buying a house. Also, she did not waste my time looking for houses that were not in my budget or what I was looking for. She explained everything in detail (very knowledgeable), and communication was beyond my expectations. She was always available for my questions/concerns, and she would communicate with us when papers or something was needed from my end. Monica was with us the whole time, even the day we went to close the house, and she was making sure all information given by the closing agency was accurate. 100% recommended.
