House Hunting

Monica is very knowledgeable about the real estate world. Despite the market being unusual, not once was she negative about finding us the right and the best house on the market. She is very transparent, honest, polite, respectable, and most importantly, very knowledgeable. She is involved in every aspect of the process from the first day we met, in between meetings and phone calls, reaching out to seller's agent, inspection, speaking with the lender, to closing; she held our hands through it all. Despite all of her involvement, she allowed us to have our inputs and for us to make the final decision ourselves. No matter what time of the day or during the week, she always answered our calls for any litlle questions. I will recommend her anytime because to me she is the best there is.
