Monica came recommended to me by my brother, whom she previously assisted with selling a house. Let me first say that I live in Jacksonville and my house was in Clermont. It was a rental for the past 10 years and needed quite a bit of cosmetic work before sale. Monica put me in touch with someone who painted the entire interior, hauled away trash, installed new toilets and a dishwasher and pressure washed the outside, all at a reasonable price. When it came time to put the house on the market Monica was awesome! She was always responsive to my questions, calls, and text messages; even while she was on a cruise vacation!!! I couldn't have made a better choice and she went above and beyond to facilitate the sale!!! You will not be disappointed!!!

She also working out with appraisal give them a right and closed to price she put my house on the market. Within 2 month she sold 2 house I have. we have a good offer within 3 days and closed the deal in 3 weeks. She very up to date. She sent me the app for showing. It’s auto sent me a note when we have a show time. It’s really cool. The important thing is she always answer my call and text she didn’t treat me as another agent after I signed the contract they almost disappeared. We very proud of Monica Perlas. I must say I was very impressed with the level service and professionalism I had been afforded by the talented Ms.Monica. I would reccomend her services to most anyone but pointed to those that may have international experience and families coming and moving to the Central Florida Area based on her own international experiences and also her knowledge of many markets,not only in the Central Florida area, but knowledge in many other cities and states as well.
