We were actually at an open house she was putting on and clicked completely. We hadn’t selected a realtor yet as we just started looking at places. Hired her almost on the spot. From day 1 she just knew what it took to get the job done. She cracked the whip on us to make sure our house was in top notch condition to be shown..and it paid off!!!...lol First day on the market, second family to walk thru made an offer...over asking price even!!! Boom!!!...done deal!!..No muss no fuss. She made sure we were in the loop on everything that was happening....she makes you feel like your her best friend. So at ease. I mean after settlement on our house and the day I moved into my new place I received a text around lunch time from her saying she knew I was busy unpacking etc, and that if I needed any food delivered or anything she would order it and have it delivered....I mean..how many realtors do that??..I’ve never heard of it that’s for sure.
