She arranged an open house within a few days of our initial meeting, and an offer was made that day. I was on vacation during the time, and she even picked up and delivered my mail to my house. Monica was so easy going she always made time in her busy busy schedule to answer questions or go look at houses with me, and was very helpful when looking at house she would point out flaws that I wouldn't even look for.
