Monica grew up in rural Missouri, where she attended Winfield High school, graduating in 2001 with her large, at the time, class of 89. Monica currently lives in O'Fallon, MO. Although she remains a small-town girl at heart with a lot of her sales focus back home in Lincoln County. She started her real estate endeavor in 2017 with property management. Her "go-getter" attitude has her set for success and she is always reaching for new opportunities and growth. She has experienced the whole aspect of property management from procuring and securing an approved tenant to overseeing rehabs and dealing with inspectors, city and county municipalities, vendors, owners, and investors. Great experience

She was great through the whole process. Answer all our questions and concerns right away. We had some bumps along the way with someone backing out of the sale. She said don't worry you house is going to sell.
