Doing the Impossible!

Monica helped me sell my home after 6 months on the market with an other agent and very little traffic. She got to work right away, staging, marketing, brining in brokers and hosting open houses! She provided open and honest communication with me several times a week and let me know her strategy as we worked together. Once we had a contract in place she helped to provide resources on the make ready for the new buyers. She kept a watchful eye on every contractor that was working to prepare the house for the final sale and dropped in as work was being done to check progress and satisfaction with the work.
