Overall Great Experience

Monica worked with us through a very difficult market. We went through seven months of showings, offers, broken deals, and finally closing. We stuck with us through a very difficult deal that fell apart. We were heartbroken, but she never gave up on finding the right place for us. She guided us through a second offer with a very difficult seller. She went above and beyond with helping us with scheduling inspections, dealing with our lender, helping with repairs. She always made herself available when I had questions or concerns. I'm sure she was pulling her hair out by the end. She definitely became a friend throughout this process. I hope we keep in touch, because I would definitely miss her funny text messages everyday.
