First time buying and selling
It was my first time buying a home in 2021 and selling it in 2022 for personal reasons. She was extremely helpful throughout the process and gave me confidence to buy a new home! She is on top of her stuff when it comes to negotiations and knowledgeable about how different factors will potentially affect the process (such as loans, inspections, etc.) If you are first time buying/selling a home like me, I would strongly recommend her because you will never regret working with her. I am planning to work with her in the future when the day comes!
