Monica is very knowledgeable about the area’s in which she sells homes. She walked my house and made suggestions that upped the value without spending much extra money. She showed the house through pictures and video that really showed the great features and extra’s the house had. Her professionalism is top notch. She was in constant communication with me, and dropped what she was doing to get to the house when someone was interested. What a wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend her to any one I know. She sold my house at what I wanted in 2 days. Outstanding. Guided me through the entire process. Made it so easy.
