We met Monica when we first moved to Benicia about 10 years ago. She helped us find our home to rent. When our landlord needed to sell the house 2 years later, we decided we wanted to do everything we could to buy it because we loved it so much. She was there to help us with as little stress as possible. This was my 3rd home buying experience and it was handled with empathy & care… seriously the most positive experience anyone could have in a real estate transaction. We kept in touch and I knew, if we ever moved, she would be our Realtor once more. When we decided to refinance in 2020, she helped guide us. And then the summer of 2022 rolled around and we took the opportunity to move out of state. She helped ensure we felt taken care of on our terms. Nothing was ever rushed and I never felt like we were forced to make a decision, which is HUGE. In real estate, usually everything is “now, now, now” but she never pressed. Always gave us the information we needed, but let us create a timeline of our own and I really appreciated that about her. The market slowed down and we had 3 other units in our townhome community with the same floor plan that we had to compete with. She was able to work her magic and we didn’t have to wait long, setting a price that was just right. We are so grateful for the genuine care she puts into every transaction, whether it’s a purchase or a sale. It makes me sad that we couldn’t take her with us. The relationship we’ve built over these last 10 years will last a lifetime. If you decide to work with her, it’s a decision you’ll never regret. She’s serious when she says her goal is to have you as her clients for life. She knows the magic in building genuine relationships and we certainly miss her!!

Monica managed all aspects of the sale from having the walls painted, to hiring the stager, to arranging the outdoor patio. This was all done to ensure that we got the best possible price on each of the two units. Monica conveyed to me through email and telephone everything that was happening in a timely and straightforward manner. Within a few days on each property we had multiple offers and ended up selling them for more than asking (and they were not priced low to get offers, but fairly based on the comps at hand). She then guided me successfully through the actual sales process in California. But, to me the best, was when over a year later I had an issue with the California tax board, Monica again stepped up and obtained the paperwork I needed. I recommend her without hesitation and if I had any other property in the Bay Area I wouldn't even bother asking around - I would simply pick up the phone and call Monica. You won't be disappointed if you do the same.

To say Monica is fantastic is an understatement, she is amazing!! Monica brings a wealth of knowledge, great sense for properties and most notably strong interpersonal relationship. She is focus on taking good care of her clients as if we are family. She professionally structured our deal and helped us closed in 20 days. What makes her stand out from the rest is that she does a lot of behind the scene work and doesn’t bother her clients with the minutia.
