Monica did an outstanding job helping us to buy our condo in Florida. Since the very first contact she established a close communication with us. She had the extra challenge to help us in the distance as we where out of the US, in a different time zone in Europe, which meant to extend working hours!. She had to advice us on every single detail remotely. Monica was our eyes in Florida and she did in such professional way that we did not doubt to proceed with the contract on line. When we arrived in Florida we were ready for the closing signature and everything was perfectly managed. She has very strong skills on technical aspects, processes, negotiation and overall empathy!
