Monica helped us sell our Miami property at a challenging time. The Federal Reserve was aggressively raising interest rates, moving the housing market and making mortgages more difficult to obtain. Monica assessed my family's situation and needs and set a fair price for the property, adhering to all the constraints we placed on her (for example, not showing the property until it had been vacated). Her marketing plan quickly found us a buyer at very close to the asking price she suggested. She also helped us avoid some low-ball bids early on. Monica was very professional throughout the process. Furthermore, she was caring, attentive, and informative. Her work ethic is impeccable. She took a brief vacation while working with us and -- even during that period -- I felt connected and cared for. We always knew what the next steps would be. Our family certainly tested Monica's abilities as a relocation specialist, as we were many hundreds of miles away for the back half of the process. Our closing was remote, fairly quick, and stress-free. Over the years, I've worked with a number of realtors; some exceptional and some mediocre. Monica definitely falls into the former group.
