Monica helped us sell our Miami property at a challenging time. The Federal Reserve was aggressively raising interest rates, moving the housing market and making mortgages more difficult to obtain. Monica assessed my family's situation and needs and set a fair price for the property, adhering to all the constraints we placed on her (for example, not showing the property until it had been vacated).
